How we make money
AgenticMedStack is free for readers. We earn revenue from:
- Featured listings — vendors pay for prominent placement in the directory (category top slots, homepage spotlight or hero).
- Newsletter sponsorships — main and secondary sponsor placements in AgenticMedStack Weekly.
- Sponsored reviews — paid, physician-led deep-dive reviews of a vendor's product.
- Affiliate links (if any) — we may earn a commission when you sign up through certain links. These are disclosed where used.
How sponsored content is labeled
- Every paid placement carries a visible Sponsored or Featured label.
- Newsletter sponsor sections are labeled "Sponsor".
- Sponsored reviews are labeled at the top of the article and state that the vendor paid for the review.
Editorial independence
Payment buys visibility, not opinions. Free listings are editorial. Sponsors do not approve or edit our assessments, and sponsored reviews report our honest findings — including limitations. We may decline any advertiser at our discretion, and paying does not guarantee a positive review.
Accuracy & pricing
Tool information — especially pricing — changes frequently. Listings marked pricing: check site have not been independently verified; confirm details directly with the vendor. We correct errors promptly: email hello@agenticmedstack.com.
